OrganizedDocs enables you to effectively reduce paper, save space and implement efficiency throughout your work processes.

With our solution, you can scan documents individually with desktop scanners and upload them into OrganizedDocs. To simplify the process, OrganizedDocs also enables you to us use OrgBox folders  to upload files and folders in bulk, or use Kofax integration when you require high volume/batch scanning. OrganizedDocs supports optical character recognition as well so all your scanned documents are transformed into searchable PDF documents.
