With OrganizedDocs, your content is kept in a secure online environment with access controlled by individual user and group-based permissions which you set. Critically, your data is always properly backed up and easily and swiftly recoverable.

Our solution enables you to create users and assign them to units of information and or to existing groups of users. Once users and groups have been created, you can provide them with permissions to documents and folders as well as to all OrganizedDocs product features. You can also create roles for document work flows and focus groups.

All user accesses to the Organized Docs service are encrypted with SSL and you, as the administrator can manage and provision users' passwords via a single sign-on model. All documents saved in OrganizedDocs are encrypted​ before saving within your repository​.
